Equity Healthcare was established in 2023 by Li Shelly Xu, who holds a Bachelor of Nursing degree from Australian Catholic University with 18 years of experience as a registered nurse. Shelly has developed a strong commitment to patient care. She frequently collaborates with clients who require support from family members or caregivers, and through her observations of their needs, she has become passionate about community care.
