Equity Healthcare 由 Li Shelly Xu 于 2023 年创立。她拥有澳大利亚天主教大学护理学学士学位，并在护理行业拥有 18 年的注册护士经验。Shelly 一直对患者照护充满热情，长期与需要家庭成员或护理人员支持的客户合作。正是在深入了解他们需求的过程中，她对社区护理产生了深厚的兴趣与使命感，进而创办了 Equity Healthcare，致力于为本地居民提供温暖而专业的支持服务。
